MAP to a better posture

At age 12 I suffered a neck injury, and ever since I have been struggling with severe pain, headaches and a bad posture.

As a teenager this did not only effect my physical health, but also my self confidence. Now at age 30, I finally feel free and on a healing journey. I have been doing MAP for more than a year and after just a couple of months my posture changed drastically.

MAP has helped me so much, not just to relieve the pain and have a better posture, but has given me time to focus on myself, just breathe and relax after a difficult work week.

MAP is so much more than an exercise, it is a truly powerful healing and coping tool, and I simply cannot imagine a life without it anymore.
