Pain-free climb

As far as I know and from previous experience, training for the Otter trail entails weeks of hard work and preparation! But not for our fellow Mapper, Berné Krugell 😉

Herewith her Otter trial testimony in her own words: packing. Using it every day helped her conquer the Otter hills and climbs without pain!

Herewith her Otter trail testimony in her own words:

Dit het my baie aan MAP se leuse laat dink: “Move whenever you can… Move before you can’t!”

Well done Berné, for grabbing this golden opportunity with both hands. What a joy to know that MAP enables us to fully take part in this thing called Life! 🎉👏 #mapmovement #impact #wellness
